We’ve been back for a few weeks now, working on many projects for this last quarter of the year, while also looking ahead to the start of 2026.
And if you’re wondering how we manage to keep up the pace and, above all, the motivation it’s largely thanks to our annual team tradition: team building!
This year, the goal was simple but essential: to have fun together, strengthen our bonds, and create memories that will stay with us long beyond these days. All under a motto that perfectly defines it: We Are Full of Joy.
Our chosen destination was Mallorca, a place that beautifully combines tradition, Mediterranean landscapes, and that unique light that invites you to enjoy and disconnect. The island became the perfect setting to share moments we’ll remember for a long time, and to keep celebrating the values on which we build who we are in this case, Balance ⚖️⛵️.
This third event revolved around that value, and it couldn’t have turned out better: we combined moments of complete disconnection with instances of genuine connection. Over those days, we had the chance to sail on llaüts mallorquins, the island’s traditional wooden boats, immerse ourselves in the local gastronomy by making our own ensaimadas, and take part in a local crafts workshop, learning firsthand the trades and techniques that keep the island’s identity alive. All of this allowed us to enjoy, rest, share, and find that perfect balance between giving our all as a team and knowing when to pause.
Mallorca invited us to slow down, to look more carefully, to embrace the wisdom and experience of local artisans, to commit to respectful tourism, and to draw inspiration from a more conscious and authentic way of doing things.
After months of celebrating Gecom’s 20th anniversary, this gathering reminded us that moving forward also means knowing when to pause. A few days that reflect who we are as a team and remind us that, when we are together, we truly are Full of Joy.
Because at Gecom, balance is not just a value it’s the foundation of everything that’s to come. 🌿✨
