Today we start a new section which we will call #GetInspiredWithGecom, where we are going to talk about several elements and materials and why we choose them in our projects.
Lets start with architectural curves.
Architectural curves are elements that bring fluidity, elegance and harmony to spaces. Throughout history, they have been used to give buildings a distinctive and visually appealing image. They have became more relevant in contemporary architecture, specially in the conceptualization and design of stands and exhibition spaces. By introducing curves in the design of a stand, it is possible to capture the viewer’s attention in a more organic and attractive way.
These shapes allow us to break the rigidity of straight lines, and they generate a visually pleasing and captivating effect. Also, introducing curves leads to a better flow of movement within the space, facilitating the interaction of visitors and the products or services displayed.
So now, you can start to understand why we love to add curves so much.
See you in the next post 🙂
