<\/p>\nLast week, at Gecom, we took a step outside our usual technical environment to focus on the people with whom we work every day.<\/p>\n
We all know that individual skills are important, but if there is one crucial feature of a successful company, it is team work. This is why, at Gecom, #teambuilding has become an annual tradition.<\/p>\n
This year, we played a series of games around Barcelona, where our transport of choice was the bicycle. If you were startled by a group chanting \u201cWe are brave, we are GECOM\u201d around the city streets, don\u2019t worry: it was just us \ud83d\ude42 .<\/p>\n

The activities also involved a cooking workshop, during which, working as a team, we made our dessert to eat later in the day.<\/p>\n
