<\/p>\nAs you may know, in Gecom we think teamwork is key in all our projects and that is why, we never miss the opportunity to spend some time together as a team in the annual teambuilding.<\/p>\n
At the end of last summer we decided that it was time to leave our comfort zone once again to enter a unique experience as a team and as individuals. Because in Gecom, there are not a lot of rest weeks, so when we have one we often take advantage of it to invest it in the team and in the way it works.<\/p>\n
Once again, the location was a surprise, and the experience was unforgettable. This time the teambuilding consisted in an immersion in the Riudecols forest, Tarragona, where each Gecom member was given a survival kit and we were challenged with different tests that we successfully passed.
